Shipping Policy

Product Delivery and Shipping

  1. Free Shipping: All deliveries within Israel are free of charge unless otherwise stated during the checkout process. If shipping fees apply, they will be clearly displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

  2. Delivery Times: We are committed to delivering products within five (5) business days from the time of order placement on the website. Typically, orders are delivered within two business days after confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or weekends, and customers will be informed accordingly.

  3. Delays and Exceptions: We strive to meet the stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, extreme weather conditions, or heavy shipping demands. Such delays will not be considered a breach of contract, and we will notify customers in case of any significant changes in delivery schedules.

  4. Restricted Access Areas: If a product needs to be delivered to a location with restricted access due to security concerns, we will coordinate with the customer to arrange a nearby alternative delivery point. In these cases, deliveries may experience additional delays of up to 14 business days.

  5. No International Shipping: We currently only provide shipping within Israel. International shipping is not available at this time.

  6. Business Address: All shipments are dispatched from Kayla Daniel's clinic, located at 4 Atir Yeda Street, Kfar Saba, Israel.

  7. Tracking Orders: Once an order is confirmed and shipped, customers will receive an email with the shipment details and tracking number (if available). Customers can track their orders through the respective courier service or contact our customer service for updates.

  8. Self Pickup: Customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from the clinic can select this option at checkout. Collection is available only after prior coordination, and the order will be released upon presenting valid identification of the credit cardholder. Self-pickup incurs no additional fees.

  9. Order Cancellation or Changes: If a customer wishes to change or cancel their order after placement, they must contact our customer service as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations can only be made if the product has not yet been shipped. If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply per our cancellation policy.

  10. Returns and Exchanges: Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, subject to our return policy outlined on the website. Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
