Cancellation by the Customer
The customer may cancel the order by sending a written notice to kdskinhealth@gmail.com or by calling 050-522-4885. Returns will be made by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The customer is not entitled to cancel an order for custom-made products ordered specifically for them. Cancellation is possible within 21 days of receiving the product by the customer. In the case of self-collection, the cancellation notice must be delivered within 21 days of the notification of the availability of the order for self-collection.

If the order has been shipped to the customer, and they wish to cancel the order, the product must be returned in its original packaging, intact, and unused. The original purchase invoice must be attached. The customer will be charged for the return shipping costs. Before making the return, it is important to ensure that the products are in a sellable condition. The responsibility for returning the products in a sellable condition lies with the customer.

The company will refund the amount paid by the customer for the returned products, less shipping costs and a cancellation fee of 50 shekels.

Cancellation Due to Defect or Non-Conformity
In the event of cancellation due to defective products supplied or non-conformity with the description on the website, the customer will receive a full refund. The customer may choose alternative products instead of the ordered products. The customer must return the defective products to the company for inspection.
