Return Policy

Kayla Daniel strives to provide the best quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You may return most items purchased directly from our clinic or website within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    Products that cannot be returned include:

    • Opened or used skincare products

    • Products specifically ordered or customized for a client

    • Products sold during special promotions or at a discounted rate

  2. Process for Returns
    To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item. You will need to provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, the product should be sent back to our clinic at 4 Atir Yeda, Kfar Saba.

  3. Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Refunds
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

  6. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene reasons, any products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. This includes skincare products that have been unsealed after delivery.
